Navigating Joy Together

We are a family like every other family. We have high points, low points, and struggles. The goal is to start and end our day joyfully. We will be sharing our successes, trials, and tribulations, questions or situations that come up in our family or in each of our lives. We will also share how we support each other in dealing with life struggles. Our intent is to create a take-away of how we problem solve a bad situation into a joyful one.

Lauren

Lauren is a wife and mother of two children who live up in the Roaring Fork Valley in the Colorado Mountains. She loves being active outside with her friends and family with whatever the Colorado mountains has to offer. She is currently an elementary educator working with students k-4th grade. Recently she started Daily Joy LLC where she supports families in shifting patterns and behaviors to create more Daily Joy in everyday life.

Addison

Addison is 14 years old. She is a sweet, kind, compassionate, funny teenager who is excited about new opportunities. She plays violin, trombone, soccer, skis, and performs Soo Bahk Do.

Hunter

Hunter is 10 years old. He is empathetic, kind, funny, and passionate about all he engages in. He loves many sports; soccer, basketball, skiing, soo bahk do, and plays the violin and trumpet.

Mark

Mark, living in the Colorado Mountains with his wife and two children is an excavator in the summer. In the winters, he is a ski instructor and development of training for Aspen Ski School.
